Pumpkinfest is a celebration of nature’s wonders. From the rich compost that nourishes our pumpkins to the diverse creatures that share our farm, every element plays a role in our harvest.
Join us this Halloween season, breathe in the crisp autumn air, pick your perfect pumpkin, and immerse yourself in the beauty of the season. It's an adventure for all ages, where every pumpkin has a story, and every visitor leaves with a smile.
REMINDER: You do not need to pay entry to the zoo to get to our farm shop and pumpkin patch! Come and browse the gourds and pumpkins, and grab a warming cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Pumpkinfest is a dog friendly event.
So what's the Story...
This year will mark the sixth consecutive year of pumpkin farming at Noah's Ark Zoo Farm and it all began with a happy accident.
Staff discovered pumpkins growing from an Elephant dung pile a few years ago after elephants ate pumpkins and the undigested seeds self-planted to create an unexpected organic pumpkin patch.
Each year the Zoo & Farm Shop celebrate these pumpkins with an exclusive event... Pumpkin Fest.
This year, Pumpkin Fest will include a whole host of exciting celebrations, from a pick your own patch, to pumpkin themed beverages!
